Create space each morning to welcome gratitude into your day. This ritual takes only a few minutes but can shift your entire mindset.

  1. Find a quiet space, ideally outdoors or near a window with natural light.
  2. Stand or sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in through your nose, hold for three seconds, then release slowly through your mouth.
  3. Bring your awareness to the present. Feel your body connect to the ground beneath you.
  4. Silently name three little things you are grateful for today. It might be the morning breeze, your cup of tea, a loved one’s voice, or simply the breath that moves through you.
  5. If you are able, touch the earth—place your hand on soil, grass, or wood—and say softly:
    "Thank you, for holding me. I walk with gratitude."
  6. Finish with a gentle body ritual, such as brushing your skin, misting your face, or applying balm with intention. Let each movement be a reminder of care and presence.
