Refund policy

At Mi.lang.ka Collective, we take great care in preparing and packaging your order. We want you to love every item you receive. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Return and Exchange Eligibility

We offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:

  • The item was damaged during delivery
  • You received an incorrect product

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging where possible
  • Include proof of purchase

We may request photos of the item and packaging to assist with your return or exchange request.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Finding the product cheaper elsewhere
  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer
  • Items that have been used or opened
  • Requests made after 15 days of receiving your order

Please choose carefully when placing your order, as we are unable to offer returns or exchanges outside of the above conditions.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved due to:

  • Damaged items during delivery
  • Incorrect product received

We will cover the cost of return shipping and organise a replacement or refund where applicable. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Parcel Locker 1032433609, 101-103 Pilbara Street, WELSHPOOL WA 6106

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
