Dry Body (Exfoliating)Brush

Dry brushing is a mindful, grounding ritual that helps exfoliate, awaken circulation and support your skin’s natural radiance.
Start with dry skin only: Do not use on wet skin. Dry brushing works best before you shower.

Hold the brush and gently sweep: Use long, light strokes across your body.

Brush upward toward your heart: Begin at your feet and brush up your legs; then from hands toward shoulders.

Use circular motions on the stomach and chest: Soft circles help energise and exfoliate these areas.
Adjust pressure to your comfort: Brisk but gentle strokes are most effective; avoid broken or sensitive skin.

Shower after brushing: This removes loosened dead skin and completes the ritual.
Finish with moisturiser: Nourish your fresh skin with your favourite lotion or oil.
Caring for Your Dry Body Brush
After Each Us: Tap the brush gently against your hand to remove any skin particles. Give the bristles a quick shake to keep them fluffy and free from build-up.
Weekly Cleanse: Wash the bristles in warm water with a mild, natural soap. Avoid soaking the whole brush, keep the wooden handle as dry as possible. Rinse well and gently squeeze out excess water from the bristles.
Drying: Place the brush bristle-side down on a clean towel to air dry. Avoid leaving it in damp areas (like the shower) to prevent mould or damage to the walnut wood.
Caring for the wood grain: Every few months, lightly condition the handle with a natural oil (such as jojoba or olive oil) to maintain its smooth finish and prevent drying or cracking.
Replacement - Personal Use: With regular use, replace your brush every 1 - 2 years to keep it effective and hygienic.
Replacement - Salon/ Spa Use: With regular use, replace your brush every 12 months to keep it effective and hygienic.

Sisal Bristles
